Chapter 172 A flying alien? !
The little rascal looked at Spider-Man who suddenly appeared in front of her with shocked eyes.
She never expected that it was not an alien but Spider-Man.
Just now she clearly felt the alien-like aura emanating from the other person's body.
As a mutant, she has different senses than ordinary people.
Her ability is to absorb the opponent's memory and abilities through physical contact. Under normal circumstances, the absorbed abilities will disappear after a few minutes.
In the use of her super powers, she also exercised her sensory awareness.
She can sense auras that ordinary people cannot.
For example, she can now always feel the evil aura emanating from this underground nest.
And the aura emanating from Spider-Man was similar to that of the monster that attacked him before.
"You are Spider-Man?!"
Taking a deep breath, Little Naughty asked in disbelief.
"I don't think anyone can use my name."
Peter glanced at Helen standing next to him and said, "It looks like your adventure is not going well, Miss Helen."
Helen said unhappily, "Do you always like to make sarcastic remarks?"
Seeing Peter appear, her bad mood improved a lot.
When Little Naughty saw the way the two talked, he felt as if they knew each other.
Seeing her inquiring look, Helen explained to her: "I have some acquaintance with this man. This is Anna, Anna Marie, a person with super powers."
She originally wanted to say that the other person was a mutant, but changed the word.
Peter naturally knew this popular female character in the X-Men series.
He held out his hand in a gesture for a handshake.
"Hello."
Seeing Peter preparing to shake hands with him, the little rascal looked at his gloved right hand in panic.
Not only did she wear gloves on her hands, but she also wrapped herself tightly all over.
She looks like a conservative and religious woman.
After hesitating for a moment, she finally reached out her hand.
But she didn't take off her gloves.
"Sorry, I can't touch anyone else's skin."
She quickly explained to prevent Spider-Man from mistaking her for arrogance.
As a person who grew up in New York City, she certainly knows the famous Spider-Man.
After all, the incident at the New York Museum of Natural History, where Spider-Man pulled a speeding train with his physical body, left a deep impression on her.
She has an inferiority complex but yearns for an ordinary life. She also hopes that her mutant identity can bring changes to the world, so she regards Spider-Man as her idol.
Now that the idol was standing in front of her, the little rascal suppressed her inner excitement and tried to communicate with Peter in a normal tone.
Peter knew her abilities, so he naturally didn't care.
Shaking his head, he said to the other party: "It's okay."
Soon Peter remembered something and asked, "Is Professor X okay?"
What he wants to know now is, are Professor X and Magneto in this world still the same as they were before?
When the little rascal heard Peter mention Professor X, he was stunned for a moment.
To be honest, she had only heard of the name but didn't know much about it.
"I'm not very familiar with him."
The little rascal stammered.
She didn't know why the other party suddenly mentioned Professor X.
Seeing the expression on the little rascal's face, Peter knew that he probably had no contact with Professor X yet.
He shook his head and looked at Helen, "What happened? Helen."
"Weren't you watching us?"
Helen cast her gaze into the darkness behind Peter, but found no trace of the "Queen".
She said to Peter, "I thought you had everything under control here."
Peter ignored the other party's yin and yang, "I'm not a god, how can I control everything?"
"Well, it seems that you haven't become so arrogant yet. Before, I even thought that you wanted to regard yourself as the master!"
Glancing at the curious little rascal beside her, she said to Peter seriously:
"This is the lair of ancient vampires. They were originally sleeping here, waiting for the vampires of later generations to wake them up, but something unexpected happened."
Peter's brows furrowed, he had already guessed what was going on here.
"Aliens have taken over this place, using vampires as parasitic vessels, giving birth to countless aliens that are hybrids with vampires."
As she spoke, she looked at the stone wall beside her. The five-pointed star pattern that appeared repeatedly on the murals with Arabic patterns seemed to push something evil in front of her.
"Do you see them?"
Peter asked her with a frown.
"Yes, I saw it."
Helen took her hands off the stone wall, her expression more solemn than ever before.
“Bigger in size, more powerful.”
She told Peter about the alien that had attacked Rogue.
"Compared to the queen, their jaws and claws have more obvious advantages, allowing them to move quickly in a small area, and their movements are faster and more powerful. More importantly."
She paused for a moment, then continued, "They grew wings."
"A flying alien?"
After listening to Helen's description of the characteristics of the vampire alien, Peter fell into deep thought.
The alien heartbeat in his chest was sending him some kind of biological signal.
It is a mutual attraction between the same kind, and also a mutual fear between creatures of different origins.
Taking his hand away from his chest, Peter asked Helen: "That is to say, they have completely absorbed the abilities of vampires."
"That's what it looks like."
Helen shrugged her shoulders. "To be honest, I'm a little curious now. If the superheroes and mutants here, I mean the woman named Vampire, are parasitized, what kind of monsters will be born?"
"Haven't you tried it beforehand?"
Peter said to her casually.
Before Helen could get mad, Little Naughty interrupted and asked the two, "I want to know. If these aliens you mentioned absorbed the power of vampires, then don't they also have the weaknesses of vampires?"
"Do not."
Helen shook her head. "You don't understand them. They evolve selectively and only absorb the excellent DNA genes of the host."
As she spoke, she turned her gaze to Peter, "If you want to know more, you should ask our Spider-Man. He is the king of all aliens."
"king?"
Hearing what Helen said, the little rascal looked at Peter in shock.
She never thought that Spider-Man would have any connection with these alien monsters.
The king of aliens?
Can Spider-Man control these aliens? !
Just as she was puzzled, Peter looked into the depths of darkness.
The "Queen" sent him biological signals.
He had sent the "Queen" to explore the way before, and the other party should have discovered something by now.
Motioning for the two to follow him, Peter hurried forward.
In the maze city with the shadows of tall boulders, the three of them moved forward quickly.
In the past, when the little rascal encountered a strange hole in the wall, he would stop to study the internal structure of the building.
But now she no longer had such thoughts and could only keep running forward.
Some of the holes in the wall were too high, while some of the ruins inside had been swallowed up and gave off a strange smell.
The three of them walked through the interior of a building.
This building looks nice and seems to lead deep into the earth.
The little rascal accidentally touched a wooden board on the window, and the petrified board shattered instantly. The plant pattern on it was vaguely visible. It was very old and impressive.
Just as she was lost in thought, Peter suddenly stopped.
The three were inside a stone building, where rotten wooden boards gave off a disgusting smell.
The little naughty boy also stopped in a hurry and looked around anxiously.
"Whoosh!"
The next second, there was a wave in the air, and then a terrifying black alien suddenly jumped out.
The long tail and the terrifying, strangely shaped head reflected a faint light in the darkness.
Seeing this scene, the little rascal couldn't help but take a step back.
Then, in her astonished eyes, the alien did not launch an attack. Instead, it slowly walked to Peter's side and lowered its head slightly, as if to show submission to the other party.
how come?
She looked at the scene in shock, feeling that the Spider-Man in front of her was completely beyond her understanding.
"We're a step too late."
Peter squatted down and looked at the pits on the floor corroded by the alien blood and said.
