Chapter 17: The Third Floor

Entering the pitch-black gate, in the dark environment, the six people slowly moved forward. After an unknown amount of time, a faint light appeared in front of them.

Several people walked quickly towards the light, walked out of the darkness, and felt dizzy. What came into view was an endless wasteland.

The clouds in the sky were gray and took on an extremely strange shape, converging towards the center like a whirlpool.

The center of the cloud was dark red, which was extremely strange.

Li Ye looked at the center of the dark red vortex and whispered, "It seems that the key to passing the third level is there."

Then the four of them rushed towards the center of the vortex.

Passing by a swamp, Li Ye keenly sensed something was wrong, stopped everyone, pointed at the strange swamp and said: "This swamp is out of tune with the surrounding environment. It seems to have appeared here suddenly. It exudes a strange aura. Everyone, be careful."

The water in the swamp was as black as ink, and there was no movement at all.

Cao Yanbing understood what he meant and increased the output of Hellfire. The red flames surrounded the black water monster, which let out a series of shrill roars. Black smoke came out of its body and it shrank rapidly until it completely disappeared.

"Solved." Cao Yanbing took back the Hellfire, wrapped up the Ten Kings of Hell again, and carried them on his back.

Li Ye also put the Seven Star Dragon Spring back into the sword box.

The group continued to rush towards the center of the wasteland and met Gao Chong, Yang Tianyu and Fang Shuwen on the way. The three of them were being besieged by a group of evil spirits.

Gao Chong and Yang Zaixing wielded their spears to kill evil spirits. With every stab, every pick, and every smash, an evil spirit was turned into ashes. They were truly worthy of being called the "Peerless Twin Spears".

Fang Xuanling was in charge of the battle and coordinated the situation.

Gao Chong saw Li Ye from a distance and called out to him, "Boss, we are here, here."
