Chapter 4: The Shattering of the Tiga Statue

The Land of Tiga
The three members of the Victory Team met on a suspension bridge.

"Have you found any trace of the pyramid?" asked Zongfang.

The Victory Team originally planned to send all members out to search for the pyramid this time, but two time and space distortions occurred in the Tokyo area in a short period of time. Iruma Kei had to take this abnormal situation seriously and had to send Daiko and Horii to investigate, while the other three focused on searching for the pyramid.

"No target found."

"I do not have either."

"Golzan and Melba are approaching the land of Tiga! You should leave there first."

Zongfang, Lina and Xincheng looked at each other and said, "Let's leave here first!"

The three members of the Victory Team quickly returned to Feiyan II. As soon as Feiyan II started, a huge roar was heard from a distance.

In the distance, a ferocious figure over sixty meters tall was seen walking towards the land of Tiga.

The figure had a bloody mouth with fangs, a fleshy horn on its head, and its neck was covered with armor-like skin. When the huge figure stepped down, the ground seemed unable to bear the weight and made a dull loud noise.

"Is this the monster Golzan? So scary!" Xincheng exclaimed.

Golzan ignored the Feiyan No. 2 floating in the air, and headed straight for the land of Tiga, stopping at the suspension bridge where the three people from Souma gathered before.

With a roar, Golzan's huge fleshy horns gathered purple light waves and shot them fiercely towards the open space in front.

With the impact of the purple light waves, the pyramid gradually became clearer from being vague, and golden light particles dissipated.

"Damn it! The pyramid is right in front of us, but we can't find it!" There was a hint of unwillingness in Zongfang's eyes.

"The pyramid should have used spatial phase technology. Golzan's light waves broke the balance of space, and the pyramid naturally appeared." Ye Rui's voice came from the headset.

Golzan's ultrasonic beam continued to output, and the pyramid began to collapse. In the air, golden light particles dissipated into the distance, and three huge figures were looming.

"So, are those giants from the ancient times?" The other two of Zongfang widened their eyes, staring blankly at the three stone statues standing on the open ground.

In the distance, a huge roar was heard, and a super ancient dragon came along with the scattered light particles.

The two beasts were not polite at all. Golzan slapped the stone statue on the left with one palm, causing it to shake. He swung his body and used his tail like a whip to directly cut off the statue's legs.

Melba let out a cry, and used its sharp beak to peck the head of the stone statue on the right side. Then it flapped its wings, and its huge body flew into the air. It kicked the headless stone statue down with one foot, and stepped on the chest of the headless stone statue with its huge foot. With a peck from its sharp beak, the statue broke into pieces.

Then the two beasts looked at the stone statue in the middle together. Golzan slapped the stone statue's shoulders with his paws, shaking it and causing the statue to fall backwards.

Melba concentrated his eye rays and blew up the right half of the statue's body. Golzan trampled on the giant's remains and kicked the statue's head away like a ball.

"Damn it, are we just going to watch?" The eyes of Zong Fang and the other two were red, but it was useless. Feiyan No. 2 was not equipped with weapons, and they would only die if they tried to stop the monster.

After finally seeing the predicted stone statue, he could only watch it being destroyed by the monster.

"I'm Horii!"

In the communicator, Iruma Kei's voice was filled with anxiety: "Horui, you and Daigu quickly evacuate the Tokyo area. The Tokyo local authorities will cooperate with you!"

"Captain, what happened?"

"Melba is flying towards Tokyo!"

Ishikawa Akira chewed a rice ball, but his thoughts were wandering.

Without Tiga, can the Victory Team deal with Golzan and Melba?
No one could give him an answer. Although he didn't want to use those five chances, he would have no choice but to use them if the situation really got out of control.

"Ring, ring, ring." Suddenly, the Fujiwara family's phone rang, and the little girl Emi got up from the ground.

"I'll pick it up!"

After a moment, the little girl came running back.

"Grandma, we have to get out of here. The police department just called and said a monster is flying towards Tokyo!"

"It's the monster that first appeared on Easter Island in today's news!"

"What!" Ishikawa Akira exclaimed. He didn't expect Melba to fly to Tokyo in the end.

Grandma Fujiwara wanted to take some things away from home, but Ishikawa Akira stopped her, saying that every minute wasted here was a step closer to death.

He took Grandma Fujiwara and Emi's hands, opened the door and ran out.

It was obvious that everyone had received the news that the monster was coming. The streets were in chaos. Two people in white uniforms and several policemen were struggling to maintain order. They were Horii and Daiko.

The crowd surged in one direction. The Victory Team obviously underestimated Melba's speed of Mach 6. The evacuation work had just begun when Melba's cry could be heard from afar.

Ishikawa Akira looked up and saw a huge pterosaur-like figure flying towards him from the northeast.

The terrified screams of girls could be heard in the crowd.
