Chapter 84 To the Reader: I was a Reader, and I am Still a Reader
To readers:
During the Spring Festival, Daidai would like to wish all readers a happy New Year! Happy New Year to everyone! All the best!
Like all of you readers, I used to be a reader, I like Wangyu's "A Mortal's Journey to Immortality", I like Qi Kexiu's "Chicago 1990" and "The Road to Becoming the Leader of a Cultivation Sect", I like Zhiqiu's "Dust of History", I like Lost Zhijijun's "Portraits of Masks", I like Chenxing's "The Black Technology System of the Academic Master", I like Chang Shuxin's "The Black Pot" and "The Remaining Sins"... and many other excellent novels, I won't list them all here.
For many reasons, old readers become new authors.
Even though I am an author now, I am still a reader. The first reader of my works is myself. I always read them over and over again after I write them. The downside of this habit is that I am not satisfied with them. I always feel that what I have written is not satisfactory enough and I revise it frequently, so that it is difficult to write 4,000 words a day. So I have never dared to ask for monthly tickets or rewards, because I know I don’t have the ability to write more.
Although I did not ask for monthly tickets or rewards, there are still readers who spontaneously voted for me and rewarded me. Here, I would like to express my deep gratitude!
Thanks list as shown
There is also Lao@Man from QQ Reading.
May all of you have a healthy and happy life from the beginning of the new year!
I would also like to thank everyone who has not deleted the book yet.
As mentioned above, I am the first reader of this book. As an old bookworm, it is difficult for me to accept the childish face-slapping routine.
At the same time, in character creation, I tried to explore the evolution of the character's thoughts and ideas in addition to the growth of the character's power level.
The protagonists I conceived, like Wei Xiaobao in The Deer and the Cauldron or Roger in Blasphemy, have a very low moral starting point. If I put myself in my shoes, when I was a teenager, if I suddenly traveled to a world without law, I would probably act on desire.
Or like Qi Kexiu, in order to portray Qi Xiu's expansion after building his foundation, he arranged a plot where his mother and daughter were together. My protagonist also had some plots that caused strong controversy. As a result, some readers were disgusted and the book was deleted.
Speaking of controversial plots, the so-called poisonous points, as an old reader and a new author, Daidai is a little confused.
Taking Wei Xiaobao as an example, Jin Yong arranged the profession of the protagonist Wei Xiaobao's mother to be a prostitute, but The Deer and the Cauldron became a huge success and very popular!
Take Rogge in Blasphemy as an example. He planned to kidnap a woman when he first appeared...
So, I personally don’t think there is anything wrong with writing like this now, but the data tells me the answer, this is probably the price of being a newbie.
So to the readers who have not deleted the book yet, I want to say thank you! Thank you for your company along the way!
I used to be a reader, and I am still a reader, so I will continue to write with my heart. In the new year, please continue to support me! Thank you all! Happy New Year!
Rushing forward stupidly
